Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a live education project in Bishopbriggs.
This is an 8-week contract role focused on managing the internal finishes phase of a new school development. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for coordinating and delivering high-quality internal fit-out works while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and programme performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all internal finishes packages including:
* Partitions
* Floor finishes
* Taping and decorating
* Suspended ceilings
* Develop and implement weekly work plans aligned with the master programme.
* Coordinate subcontractors and sequence works to ensure efficient delivery alongside M&E installations.
* Monitor and enforce health, safety, environmental and quality standards across all activities.
