Job Description

SA - Western Cape, Cape Town - CBDOur client in Cape town is looking for a Site Manager 
Salary R75 000 ctc per monthMinimum requirements:

  • Strong background in site management, thorough knowledge of building processes, and a hands-on approach to managing teams and timelines.

  • Preferably a tertiary education with good knowledge of all the different contract laws.

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management.

  • Experience with high-rise buildings, hospitals, and medical builds.

  • Expertise in budgeting, supervisory roles, and project controls.

  • Strong knowledge of construction safety and local regulations.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
