Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing voids, planned maintenance, and small works projects across Cardiff. The role will have a strong focus on fire protection and compliance works, ensuring properties are brought up to standard safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities across social housing voids and maintenance works
- Oversee small works projects including fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and associated remedial works
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour across multiple properties
- Ensure all works comply with fire safety regulations and housing standards
- Maintain strict health & safety compliance in occupied and vacant properties
