Job Description
We are seeking a Site Manager or experienced Foreman stepping up for an initial contract term of seven months. This is likely to extend to a further eight months. There is the potential to go permanent after this initial 15-month period if the planned extension is approved. Hours will typically be 7am to 5pm with the occasional night shift and weekend works being required.
The role will be responsible for:
- Planning and effectively managing the daily site works
- Provide clear direction on tasks to be completed on a daily basis
- Lead toolbox meetings
- Sub-contractor management
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a high service quality
- Reporting on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget
- To meeting the performance objectives of the project
- Read drawings and communicate relevant tasks
- Leadership of Health and Safety
