Our client is a nationally recognised commercial construction company with a strong pipeline of upcoming work across the Waikato. They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on medium‑scale commercial projects and help drive successful delivery.
About the Role You’ll oversee day‑to‑day site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain programme, and ensure high standards of Health & Safety and quality.
Projects typically range from $20M–$100M, so proven experience running commercial builds is essential.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years’ Site Management experience (main contractor background preferred)
- A strong track record delivering commercial projects
- Excellent understanding of NZ building codes, legislation, and construction methodologies
