Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team in Chichester on a temporary basis. 


Day to Day duties of the Site Manager: 

  • Deliver the planned works project and SHDF works on social housing properties

  • Works will consist of a external and SHDF works (Windows, doors, air-source heat pumps, solar panels etc..) 

  • General oversight of trades operatives and subcontractors ensuring health & safety is followed on site. 

  • Carry out toolbox talks

  • Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets 

    • Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):  

  • SMSTS 

  • First Aid 

  • Manual driving licence
