Site Manager
Location: Scotland.
Mint Selection is partnering with a leading organization within the energy sector to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a major utility‑scale energy project based in Scotland. This is a 24‑month contract starting in July and requires a fully site‑based presence throughout the duration of the project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site activities across the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
- Manage and coordinate contractors across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes of work.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards and permit‑to‑work systems.
- Monitor contractor performance, site progress, and quality of workmanship, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.
