The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and multiple projects underway, we are looking to appoint aSite Manager to take ownership of small-to-mid scale builds from structure through to handover.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own sites and prefers practical, straightforward projects without the complexity of large-scale developments.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities across projects typically ranging from $3M to $5M.
Projects include new builds and occasional fit-out works, with multiple sites scheduled across the pipeline.
