Site Manager

Littlehampton Welding is a leading architectural and structural metalworks company seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, supervise supervisors and sub‑contractors, and maintain a safe, clean, and organised workplace in alignment with our policies, legislation, and project delivery standards.

Reporting

Reporting directly to the Head of Site Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective and safe daily operation of all installation sites.
• Coordinate and control projects from design through to completion and handover.
• Verify that all completed works are error‑free and that required handover documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with the Drawing Office Manager and/or draughtspersons to secure accurate drawings for site operatives and to flag any errors or omissions.
