This Builder/Developer is well known for delivering very high-end luxury residential projects and are a close-knit team delivering high-end projects that sell for a lot!
This is a brand-new luxury project so it will be your site to run from start to finish.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including the coordination of trades, materials, and equipment
- Ensure project plans, schedules, and budgets are followed, and provide regular progress updates to supportive and hands on senior management
- Monitor and maintain safe work practices, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all site personnel
- Liaise with subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
