The Role
Fetch Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading main contractor to source an experienced Site Manager for a flagship Design & Build project in Maidstone, Kent. This is the 2nd project for a client and represents the start of a major long-term partnership with a significant future pipeline across the South East.
As the Site Manager, you will be the No.1 on-site, leading a complex four-storey structural steel build from the ground up, followed by a high-spec internal fit-out.

Structure: 4-storey structural steel frame, external cladding, lifts, and firefighting stair cores.
