SUMMARY:
SITE MANAGER REQUIRED – MIDRAND, GAUTENG A leading property developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential building projects in the Midrand area of Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing residential building projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and quality control
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, labour, and project timelines effectively
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver’s licence essential
