Site Manager 

Scope of works – Kitchens, Bathrooms & SHDF – retrofit 


Milton Keynes


£285 per day CIS


Start: 6th October – Will continue into 2026.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment works, along with SHDF projects.

The role:

  • Full responsibility for site management, health & safety, and programme delivery

  • Managing trades and subcontractors on occupied refurbishment projects

  • Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

    • Requirements:

  • Gold CSCS card (or above)

  • Proven experience in K&B refurbishments and SHDF schemes

  • SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)

  • Full driving licence

  • Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) – desirable
