This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction and NHBC standards. Key Requirements Valid SMSTS certification Valid CSCS card Current First Aid at Work certificate Proven experience managing new-build residential developments Strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality requirements Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Experienced assistant/site manager capable of mid-level site management, someone who wants to step up.
