A respected residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee one of its key developments in the Teesside region. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a business focused on quality, community and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all on‑site labour, including subcontractors, to ensure progress aligns with the build programme.
Ensuring full compliance with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
Coordinating with the Commercial team to ensure materials and subcontractor packages are ordered and scheduled correctly.
Providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.
