Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor from the mechanical engineering, industrial or fabrication sectors. The role involves overseeing engineering-based sites and installations, ensuring safe, timely and profitable delivery. The position is 42 hours per week with overseas travel required and requires a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee activities of designated site installations and teams, providing guidance, control and structure to the decision‑making processes.
- Manage site resources to achieve cost‑effective project objectives.
- Oversee the installation phase, liaising with site personnel, customers, suppliers, sub‑contractors and internal departments.
- Ensure sites and installation activities provide budgetary control and improve departmental performance.
