Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager with the following experience to take on a short term project in one of the shipyards in Singapore
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction, fabrication, and offshore installation projects
- Proven experience in the installation and erection of modular construction projects is essential
- Strong background in yard operations, heavy lifting, loadout, and offshore construction activities
- Experience in managing site execution, subcontractors, and multi-disciplinary construction teams
- Familiarity with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project execution procedures
- Prior experience working in international fabrication yards, particularly in Southeast Asia, would be an advantage
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to take on 4-6 months contract
