Site Manager

I am looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage a large social housing contract in Plymouth.

The scope of works includes the removal of existing cladding and replacing it with new cladding. There may also be some roofing work to carry out, so experience within this is also desirable.

Previous retrofit/cladding work is essential, as well as an ability to manage subcontractors, maintain client relationships, and ensure health and safety on site.
