THE ROLE

As a Site Manager for this company, you will report to and work with a supportive Construction Manager. The ideal person will have experience with: 

  • All aspects of general building to lead and manage a team of qualified subcontractors
  • Managing day-to-day construction process, making sure that quality, time, and budget are not compromised 
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients 
  • Ensuring that client contracts, schedules, and plans are completed on time and within a budget to produce completed projects, ready for handover
