ChristianaCare's Medical Group is looking to hire a Full-Time Site Manager to support the Primary Care at Aston practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers (e.g., MAs, OAs, RNs).
- Completes check‑ins and annual performance evaluations of assigned caregivers.
- Provides on‑site support and direction for daily problem‑solving of associate, patient, and provider concerns.
- Ensures that clinic staffing is in place to support the activities and services within assigned clinic(s) and services; addresses caregiver staffing gaps by securing and redeploying caregivers as needed.
