Overview
We are hiring Site Managers for our client’s project in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, Finland. The position is fixed-term. The estimated length of the assignment is about 1,5 years. The estimated start of the assignment is as soon as the suitable professionals are found.
Responsibilities
- Main client’s contact to end customer and authorities at site
- Maintain site cost forecast and follow up
- Manage and supervise client’s supervisors at site
- Checking work processes meet all regulations
- Monitoring the progress of the work
- Prepare weekly and monthly report
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Review and comment on subcontractors’ weekly target schedules and progress report
- Participate in all meeting with end customer
- Using construction management computer applications
