Site Manager

Job Description: -To attend regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foreman subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building -To coordinate with main-contractors & sub-contractors and suppliers on necessary works arrangement to complete site work -Conduct regular site safety checks -Ensure the project runs to schedule, and find solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of materials -Assist to complete tasks as assigned by Project Manager.
Requirements
: -Degree in a Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering/Civil Engineering related field -Preferable min 4 years working experience in the field of Project Management with experience in facade works -Outstanding organization, coordination leadership and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effortlessly with the clients, consultants & contractors -Ability to work in a team environment -Capable of listening,...
