Job Summary
S&I Services Group Ltd. is currently accepting applications for a potential upcoming Site Manager opportunity within a College environment located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This position is tentative and pending the award of a contract/RFP. Employment will not be guaranteed until the contract is officially awarded.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning and operational activities within the facility
- Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Ensure health & safety standards and company policies are consistently followed
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed
- Communicate professionally with management and client representatives
- Address operational concerns, deficiencies, or emergency situations promptly
