Property developer requires an experienced site manager for developing a large residential development in Tullamore over the next 4 years, and there will be 240 houses in total.
This development includes a variety of housing types such as apartments (1, 2, and 3-bedroom), duplexes, and 3- and 4-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses. Salary up to €120k/pa depending on experience, plus other benefits/bonus etc.
