Site Manager | £25m Hotel Refurbishment | Nr Windsor

I'm looking for Site Managers for a major £25m hotel refurbishment near Windsor.
The project includes guest bedrooms, corridors, reception areas, restaurants, bars, front-of-house spaces, back-of-house areas and listed building elements.
The hotel stays open. The standards stay high.
And apparently that'll do isn't considered a quality control process.
Reporting to a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving your section of works, managing subcontractors and delivering finishes that are expected in a high-end hospitality environment.
Which sounds straightforward until you're explaining to a dryliner why nearly straight isn't actually straight, a decorator why you won't notice it once the furniture is in isn't an acceptable solution, and a joiner why the client has somehow spotted a 2mm gap from the other side of the room.
