Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple CAPEX projects
Define clear timelines, critical paths, and key milestones aligned to delivery strategy
Ensure schedules are logically linked and aligned to project stage-gate processes
Project Controls & Performance Monitoring
Track progress against baseline plans and highlight deviations
