We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Adhere to agreed SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner
- Manage communication with customers to maintain strong relationships
- Use tools, training and experience to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Document issue resolution and application knowledge
- Ensure application data loads are completed on schedule
