Site Safety Supervisor - Advanced Manufacturing
Full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor site‑specific HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enforce safety protocols at all times.
- Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed incident reports and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain a safe work environment.
- Oversee high‑risk activities such as working at heights, confined spaces, electrical works, and chemical handling.
