Lead and manage on Expense budget planning, Spending control and the Service in Site service (Canteen service, Uniform, Locker, Postal, WD store, Janitorial service and supply), Transportation service and Workplace Improvement with regard of company policies to achieve higher productivity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of all resources, including supporting the Organizational Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide and manage site service suppliers, workplace improvement suppliers including scope of work preparation for process bidding and contract review effectively.
- Review/update the requirement (Transportation, Canteen h/c & material, Janitor h/c& material and other) to support employees, visitors, site service based on headcount forecast per master schedule release.
- Ensure site service with on time delivery for all employees. <...
