Shifts of 12 hr Days – blocks of 2s & 3s.
Job Purpose: Key responsibilities are safely maintaining and operating the effluent treatment plant, steam raising plant and ensuring an unfettered supply of other site utilities to the manufacturing environment, ensuring the site operates within its environmental consent limits. Also to include other duties regarding the maintenance of general building services and fabric, yard areas and the Energy Centre, and effluent treatment plant. Timely response to plant breakdowns and planned maintenance, all owned until complete. All work formally recorded as such and handed over to oncoming team.
Working on shifts, rotating nights and days, reporting to the Site Services Engineering Manager, this role is part of a team which will have responsibility for proactively managing asset care to ensure that equipment performance is optimised.
