There are probably two ways you land here.
You might be working for a larger builder already, but you’re a Foreman or Supervisor who’s not getting the exposure or progression you expected.
You’re capable, but you’re one of many....and the step up to Site Manager feels a long way off.
Or....
You’re already a Site Manager with a smaller or mid-tier builder.
