Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on HVAC projects
- Supervise and coordinate site teams (installers, subcontractors, labour)
- Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Drive productivity on site and ensure deadlines are met
Planning & Coordination
- Read and interpret drawings, schedules, and installation details
- Plan daily and weekly work activities with the Project Manager
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required on site
- Ensure correct sequencing of work to avoid delays and rework
Quality Control
- Ensure installations meet Company standards, SANS requirements, and OEM specifications
- Conduct ongoing quality checks during installation
- Identify and rectify snags proactively before inspections
