Site Supervisor – Hydrogen Production Unit, Edmonton, Alberta
At AirProducts, we reimagine what’s possible and drive innovative solutions in industrial gases. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for our Hydrogen Production Unit.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to AP occupational and process safety standards and established Operating Procedures.
- Train, assess, and mentor a team of operators/technicians.
- Develop site talent through coaching, training, and progression.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
- Support development and compliance to the annual Production Fixed Cost budget.
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Preventive Maintenance programs and Mechanical Integrity programs.
- Manage the site’s Basic Safety Process (BSP) and Process Safety Management.
