Site Supervisor - Civil Engineering
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Package
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead direct labour on civils projects across the Lincolnshire area.
This role offers ongoing work on a secure programme with multiple sites.
Key Duties:
* Supervising gangs carrying out civil engineering
* Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works are delivered to programme
* Overseeing health & safety and site compliance
* Liaising with site management and reporting progress
Requirements:
* Experience as a Supervisor within any construction industry
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* Strong experience working on live sites
