Site Supervisor - Nasrec Johannesburg

Worldwide Staffing (WWS) is seeking a Site Supervisor to be based in NASREC, Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for complete management and control of a large workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensure that the correct headcount is maintained on the respective site, according to the specified site requirements


• Screen candidates according to Company requirements


• Select candidates for placement and/or overtime in a legal and ethical manner


• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and in doing so increase, if possible, the headcount on the allocated site


• Ensure that the correct paperwork is signed and maintained for all assignees


• Ensure that assignee files are kept up to date and that assignees are using the payslip app
