Job Overview The Site Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Be Strong After School Club (BSASC) at Palm Glades Preparatory Academy, located at 22655 SW 112th Ave, Miami, Florida. This role is responsible for supervising site staff and contractors, ensuring program compliance with district, funder, and organizational requirements, and fostering a safe, engaging, and high‐quality environment for students and families. Work Schedule 25 hours per week – aligned with after‐school program hours at assigned school site and in office. No overtime without prior written approval. Key Responsibilities and Duties Staff Leadership & Oversight Supervise and support Site Instructors and Security Monitor. Provide coaching and performance feedback. Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping, and payroll submissions. Address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.
