Site Supervisor – Social Housing
Derbyshire
Voids & Planned Works

£27.00per hour
Temp to Ongoing Contract


We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established social housing contractor delivering voids and planned maintenance works across Derbyshire.


This role will involve overseeing a range of projects including:


  • Kitchen & Bathroom replacements




  • Roofing works




  • Rewires




  • General planned maintenance works


    • The successful candidate must have previous experience working within social housing and occupied properties, with the ability to manage site operations, subcontractors and programme delivery efficiently and safely.
