Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused Site Supervisor to lead print and scanning operations at a client location. This role will oversee daily service delivery, supervise a team, and ensure high‑quality, timely execution of print and imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
Onsite Leadership & Operations
- Oversee day‑to‑day onsite print and scanning operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations
- Supervise and support a team responsible for document preparation, scanning, indexing, printing, and finishing work
- Balance hands‑on operational work with leadership responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
- Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met
