- Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
- Coordinate with various Government agencies and utility authorities for initial site clearance and set up site office.
- Report on daily issues to Project Manager / Construction Manager.
- Plan, schedule and monitor work progress at site.
- Continuously ensure adherence to planned timeliness.
- Maintain and monitor quality controls.
- Prepare and submit all daily and weekly reports as required.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented on work site.
- Prepare method statements and other submissions.
- Check drawings and quantities and ensure that the calculations are accurate for the work.
