Assist the project manager in managing a construction site in its day-to-day operations. Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickwork) and external works, etc.
Responsibilities- Develop a work schedule for workers.
- Supervise all construction workers.
- Solve disputes between workers.
- Carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear to adhere to the company's safety policies.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.
- Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
- Shift work and weekend duty is required.
- Proven experience as construction foreman.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
