Site Support Specialist

UMGC Asia

Contingent III, Part Time, 75% FTE, Grade 002

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide on-site presence to support classes offered by all universities on base

  • Open and secure building entrances and classrooms

  • Responsible for setting-up UMGC live streaming (LS) equipment prior to LS classes, serving as first-level troubleshooting technical support and coordination with Technical Support to immediately respond to LS issues, and securing LS equipment at the end of class meetings

  • Ensure that building rules are abided by UMGC students and that all UMGC labs/rooms are clean and presentable
