Job Summary
The Site Technical Manager Architecture will oversee architectural site execution, technical coordination, and quality compliance for construction projects. The role involves ensuring that architectural works are implemented according to design specifications, project schedules and regulatory standards while coordinating with consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise architectural works at the construction site ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings and material submittals before site implementation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, structural, MEP and project management teams to resolve technical issues.
