Job Description

Sitecore Support Engineer Requirements

Must to have experience:

  • Support Engineer with experience in operating and supporting cloud native
  • Microservices based applications using Sitecore XM Cloud
  • Vercel
  • .NET Core
  • Strong background in C#, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud data and integration services such as AppSync and DocumentDB.
  • Capable of troubleshooting end-to-end application issues, validating deployments, monitoring system health, and performing proactive maintenance, with working knowledge of Angular for frontend support and collaboration.
