Skilled Farm Worker - South Lincolnshire
£13.80 per hour + Overtime + Bonus
A well established family run cut flower business in South Lincolnshire is looking to recruit a Skilled Horticultural Operative to support its expanding production team. This is a varied, hands-on role working across both protected and outdoor flower production, with responsibility for planting operations, crop management, equipment operation and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring high quality standards are achieved throughout the growing and harvesting process.
