💰 £35,000 per annum + Company Van

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to support the maintenance and upkeep of a portfolio of commercial properties across Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham and London.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across occupied and vacant buildings. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across building fabric, basic plumbing and electrical systems, while delivering excellent service to clients and tenants.
This position also offers the opportunity to develop specialist skills, with full training provided in fire door inspections and remedial works.
