We’re on the lookout for reliable, hard-working skilled labourers to join our crew and work across a range of client sites.
This is perfect if you’ve picked up solid hands-on skills but don’t necessarily have a formal trade qualification. We have a steady pipeline of work across construction, civil, and industrial projects — so if you’re keen to stay busy and earn good money, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for You don’t need a trade cert — but you do need to know your way around a job site. We’re keen to hear from people with experience in things like:
- Working at heights (scaffolding, roofing, harness work)
- Operating machinery (excavators, rollers, forklifts, etc.)
- Concrete work (formwork, placing, finishing)
- Civil labouring or drainage
- Carpentry support / hammerhand work
- General construction site experience
- Power tool confidence and site awareness
