The role requires previous slaughterline experience, strong knife skills, and a strong focus on safety, hygiene, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out slaughterline duties safely and efficiently.Handle livestock and carcasses in line with welfare and hygiene standards.Use knives, tools, and equipment correctly.Maintain production targets and product quality.Report faults, risks, and quality issues to the supervisor.
