The SLA and Vendor Lead is a critical strategic partner responsible for managing and optimizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contracts, and supplier relationships across STT GDC Philippines' data center operations. This role directly supports the engineering, project execution, and maintenance management functions by ensuring all external vendors and suppliers deliver services that meet contractual obligations, performance standards, and company quality requirements. The Lead function emphasizes setting standards, strategic guidance, and overall ownership of the vendor ecosystem, incorporating expertise in Supplier Performance Management, Strategic Planning, and Risk Management.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
