This position involves overseeing billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, 401(k) management, and healthcare insurance plans, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the billing process for the company's three revenue streams.
+ Oversee the collections process for accounts receivable.
+ Process incoming vendor invoices and execute payments via ACH Funds Transfer or check.
+ Handle payroll processing and all related transactions including expense reimbursements and loan payments.
+ Administer the company's 401(k) Plan, managing employee enrollments and contributions.
