Our Small, Medium, and Growth Business (SMB) Account Executive team is one of the fastest‑moving sales teams at Salesforce, focused on helping small and mid‑size businesses unlock the power of AI CRM. We're looking for driven sellers ready to make an impact. As an Account Executive on this team, you'll work alongside Agentforce and our full platform to help customers solve real business problems, grow revenue, and build lasting relationships.

Account Coverage

This role covers companies ranging from 1 to 200 employees across the following business units:

  • Small Business (SB): 1–45 employees
  • Growth Business (GRB): 46–200 employees

Responsibilities

  • Sell the full Salesforce platform — or a specific cloud solution — to both new and existing customers across assigned accounts.
